This is what my son woke up looking like today. Apparently a stupid spider decided to feast upon the side of his head, which in turn made his eye swollen. He looks like he's been in a serious brawl--but no! Just a stupid spider bite. 
When he got up he came upstairs and went to the bathroom. He looked at himself in the mirror and then came into our bedroom. This is what he said, "I look like the guy from Goonies that was chained up to the wall--you know Chunk's friend". I tried not to laugh but I just couldn't stop myself.
His dad, however, has been calling him Quasimodo. What a punk!! (just kidding Matt--I think it's funny!) (0; I feel bad for my handsome son--he looks so not like himself. I will be pumping him full of Benadryl all day in hopes that the swelling goes down. Stupid spider!!

The worst part about getting a spider bite on your face is knowing there was a spider crawling around on your face! And then thinking eww, what if he went in my mouth and I ate him, or up my nose or in my ears? This is why I haven't slept in weeks.
He looks like he's giving everyone the stick eye. Adam probably would have killed himself, in the attempt to kill the spider. He's sort of wussy when it comes to spiders.

Uuuummmm....I know! When I realized it was a spider bite it freaked my out knowing it was on his face! NASTY bugger!!
So are you a walking zombie with all of the no sleeping. I would just sleep during the day making sure Evan kept his eyes on you to make sure that there are no spiders on your face. He'd make a great babysitter for you!!
Ick. I hate spiders. But I too have had this same exact bite when I was younger. It was horrible. I do feel bad for him :(
Horrid, nasty spider! I hope the spider gets squished soon, as revenge. Most of all, I hope your son is feeling better soon!
It must be the season for spider biting. Bo slept at his cousins house on Thursday night and he came home with bites on his ears and the back of his left leg. His ears are huge and red. I've been pumping him full of benadryl too. Poor boys.
Poor kid!! that is too cute he said he looks like the guy from Goonies!! LOL!! do your kids get tired on benadryl or hyper, mine get crazy hyper!! no rest when they take it.......

Ughh I HATE spiders! At first I thought he was giving the camera 'tude, lol! I think it is AWESOME that he knows Goonies, it is one of THE coolest movies ever made. Mikey was one of my first crushes!!
