I have seen this on others blogs and I thought I would like to try it out--so here goes!!
*I did not have a "monthly visitor" for 10 days. I did not have to go through a box and a half of "sticks of gum" (that was code word for tampon in Jr. High and High School for me and my friends) either.
*I did not yell at my kids on numerous occasions and threaten to take away Christmas presents.
*I did not want to get my Christmas decorations up SO bad. I am NOT just like a little kid at Christmastime--not at all.
*I did not get so sick that I couldn't even get off the couch to take care of my kids. I did not have to have my 9 year old son make dinner for himself and his sisters. I did not cry because I felt like such a butt.
*I did not want my husband to hold me and snuggle me when I was sick. I just wanted to be left alone and not bothered.
*I did not ask my husband to carry down the big box of Fall decorations causing him to trip over a barbie and jack his foot up.
*I did not spend several hours in the Emergency room with my husband who did not jack up his ankle and foot and have to listen to a Dr. who looked just like Bozo the Clown. The Dr. also did not pick his nose repeatedly while talking to my husband and I.
*I did not have Enrichment on Thursday night and enjoy myself so much. We didn't talk about the temple and I DID NOT cry at all!
There are so many more but I figured I would stop at a good EVEN number of 8. I hope that you all have a happy Monday!!

I love these Not Me Monday posts. I think they are funny and bring out our true colors! Sorry to hear you've been sooo sick. That's no fun whatsoever. Ewww...did he really pick his nose? Bleh. And sorry about that 10 day visit. That's what mine were like before I got my IUC.

I am NOT super relieved that a super sweet spititual gal like yourself uses the word PISSED, even if it spelled wrong sometimes.
So sorry you've been sick!! What a great post idea- love it :D and how sick that your dr. was picking his nose??? GROSS- I'm glad your poor hubby didn't have to have Bozo the clown operate or anything...Feel better :)
