A Little Of This And A Little Of That

*I have been REALLY busy this last week. What with children, a husband, a Church calling, house work, yard work and all of the little things--I feel like I have been stretched pretty thin lately. So sorry if I missed 1, or 2 or even 4 of your blog posts!!

*My mom and I took my kids and 2 of my nieces to the Sweet's Candy Factory yesterday. We had a tour of the factory and a TON of candy. And the best part......it was FREE!!

*I have a seriously funny dog. His name is Max and he LOVES, LOVES the sprinkler. We turn it on in the back yard and he has a ball. He barks at it because it won't hold still and he chases the water all over the yard. When we turn it off he whines for about 5 minutes. What a hoot!!

*I have decided that I LOVE the Sunflower Market. I bought a bunch of fresh fruit there (nectarines, cherries and Fuji apples) and they were SO YUMMY!! I have also decided that I really like their meat. It's a great store so check it out!!

*Heat, humidity, hot flashes and night sweats make for REALLY bad hair days.

*I am loving life and all that it has to offer. I am trying really hard not to sweat the small stuff. I am trying not to get mad at the stupid things. I am finding joy in the little things. PEACE OUT SUCKERS!!

I've been to that candy factory! Love it!

Are you guys really having humidity in Utah? That's quite a change! Wonder what's causing that. What I disliked most about Utah was the dryness. Did a number on my skin.

Oh, and I'm with you on trying not to sweat the small stuff. It can be quite the challenge sometimes though.

I have been meaning to take my kids there for some time. We should have a play date and a bunch of us could go together!

Isn't it crazy how life catches up to you all at once and it feels like the stuff you've been doing for so long is much heavier. I was there for the last few weeks. I think I'm almost out. :)

I'll have to check out the Sunflower Market, everyone around here talks about it but I've yet to actually go inside.

Your little O is a crack up. I love that!

Sunflower Market must be a chain. My daughter had one near her that she LOVED but they closed it last year.

I hope you're taking vids of your crazy pup!

Mmm... candy factory. I want candy so bad now.
Maybe I can find some licorice...

I remember the humidity in Tennessee. I HATE humidity.

I love summertime just for the fruit it brings--so nice to have the abundance to enjoy! I have not tried Sunflower market, but I believe there are some down here in AZ. I will have to give it a try.

It's hard not sweating the big stuff, let alone the small stuff! So kudos to you for being able to do both. Sounds like you are having a great summer.
