Just Me......Shauna B.

I have this really amazing friend. Her name is Shauna B. and I have known her pretty much my whole life. I worked my first job with her, I served in callings with her, and she was always there for me. She is loving, kind, unselfish and EXTREMELY talented. When I got to my mom's house last night for dinner she had left me a gift. There was a card that said, "Jillene, Good luck with your surgery this week. You will be fine and feel so much better when it's over. Love ya--Shauna B." And this is what was attached to the card:

How amazing is this quilt?! She made it herself--like I said before she is EXTREMELY talented. Check out her blog through the link above. She has many more quilts on there that she has made. Thanks Shauna B.!! I love you and I wish you well with your surgery this week!!

How sweet is she!?!?!!! And I'll say a prayer for you on Thursday. May your recovery be short and relatively pain-free, with that beautiful quilt covering you up.

Awww...how thoughtful! And beautiful! That is the kind of friend I hope to be. Except I don't make quilts, so I'll have to think of another way to achieve that.

Best of luck on your surgery, and I hope you have a quick recovery. I'll be thinking of you.

How very sweet!! I'd make you a quilt, but ummmm yea, you'd probably never be able to figure out which side was up and if it was a blanket, a towel or a rag!!

Good luck with everything. I haven't been online as much as usual, but I think about you often and hope everything goes well with your surgery!
