VACATION!! We decided that we needed to get the heck out of dodge--even if it's only for a couple of days. Where are we going you ask? Well--here of course:
We are taking the kids with us (aren't we nice?!) and they are THRILLED. We are staying here:
Which makes the kids even more excited because they have a lion encounter, Rainforest Cafe and 5 SWIMMING POOLS. They can hardly contain themselves. So while we are there we will be doing A LOT of this:
Watch out Vegas--I am going to get into a swimming suit (SCARY on SO many levels)!! We will also be doing a lot of this:
And last but certainly not least, we will be going here a lot (because it is included in our package):
Now the trick is going to be----can I stay sane for one more week of, "Is it time to go to Las Vegas yet?" only time will tell. The only sad thing is that I will be missing out on another bloggy lunch hosted by the FABULOUS Snuggie wearing Kristina. )0: Oh well--next time.

I went to Vegas on a Mother Daughter trip when I was a teenager! We had such a blast and we did a TON in just a weekend! You are going to have a blast! And, Oh! The shopping!
Take me with you! I promise not to ask "are we there yet?"..too many times!! Come on, I don't even require the plastic pants when I swim. Please!! NO? Fine! Be that way!

It seems like everyone's been going to Vegas recently! It always makes me laugh since I know exactly where everything is when you guys talk about it.

It's because Las Vegas is having KILLER deals for vacations. We got the 2 nights, all meals at the Buffet, 2 free drinks poolside and some other stuff for $158.00 and that included taxes. We couldn't pass it up!!
All day swimming and all you can eat buffets?
It doesn't get any better than that.
Mmmm, the MGM Grand has the best buffet in Vegas. Have fun!

I just googled MGM Grand Las Vegas Deals and it was the first or second thing that popped up.
Have fun this week, he was telling me all about it at scouts the other night. Hopefully it will go by fast for you because he really is soooo excited!
I was just going to ask about what kind of a deal you got. We have been tossing around the idea of going to L.V. in a couple of weeks, but I'm thinking fundage-wise we might just stay in St. George. Let us know how it is...maybe we will go to Vegas next time!

We are staying in St. George too--on the way back. Check out the Budget Inn and Suites. They have an indoor and outdoor pool and also an indoor and outdoor playland. We are staying on a Friday night so I was really worried about price but it was only $59.00. Cool beans!!
